Eugenia worked as Director of Marketing and Business Development at Baker & McKenzie Spain from 2000 to 2006. Since 2007, she has advised on strategic management in the legal sector and has advised legal departments in large businesses and significant legal firms in Spain and Latin America.
She is unceasingly active as a teacher and researcher and is currently director of the Legal Operations and Legal Tech course at ESADE and co-director the Legal Professional Certificate awarded jointly by ESADE and MIT.
She routinely publishes in the blog of Expansion and the Consejo General de la Abogacía Española and is a contributor to La Vanguardia newspaper. She published research into the commercial law sector in 2012, 2014 and 2021, the skills and qualification of the lawyer of the 21st century (2014) and the book Legal Marketing, published by Tirant Lo Blanc (2013).
